At the retail level, there is no minimum order. Order as little or as much as you need.

We measure all of our ribbons using the metric system. 1 metre = 1.0936 yards

Unfortunately there are no returns on cut ribbon, so any ribbon you may purchase from our site that is sold by the metre cannot be returned. Returns are accepted on un-opened merchandise only, so any full roll that has not been cut or other items which has not been opened can be return. Returns must be authorized by Masterstroke Canada first and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. FOB Toronto. Shipping and handling charges are not included.

Because we offer so many different ribbons from all over the world, we do not have a complete catalogue available. If you are looking for something specific, contact us and we will try to help you. Also, check our on-line shop as we carry many different types of ribbons, with new ones being added every month.

We offer 2” long cuttings of in stock ribbons in reasonable quantities at no charge. Please call for further information.

Yes, special orders are available, please call for further information. Special orders can take up to 4 weeks depending on which mill the ribbon is coming from.

A lot of people ask this question. When my wife and I got engaged, we could not find appropriate ribbon for our wedding. As a result, I began Masterstroke Canada in order to import ribbon.

Our ribbons are made in mills around the world. We import ribbon from England, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, The Czech Republic and Japan. Many of the European mills are over 200 years old.

We are capable of shipping our ribbon throughout the world.

Apart from minimum orders for wholesale and custom ribbons, we currently do not have a set minimum order. Please contact us for more details.

We sell all types of high quality ribbons (satins, velvets, taffetas etc). Our ribbons are dressmaker quality. Most all of our ribbons are washable and suitable for clothing decoration.
